There is nothing to fix. It already handles the other bug from any
BIOS. It's more related to your BIOS and it's HD emulation on CDs. My
guess is that it either corrupts memory areas by not writing the correct
location or alters things it shouldn't. We'd have to have the exact
system and BIOS to see if a work around could be added, but sometimes
there isn't, it has to come from the firmware developers.

I've tested in that mode on other machines and works fine.

The BIOS provides the emulation, not BootIt. Makedisk sets up the CD
either floppy emulation or if wouldn't fit, HD emulation. The emulation
is part of a BIOS specification.
