Removing Grub menu on Boot

Postby Logman » Fri May 03, 2019 8:50 am

When I boot Ubuntu 18.04.2 from BIBM, Ubuntu shows a grub boot menu before the final load.

I've looked everywhere and am at a loss for how to remove it or if it's possible.

I've checked the fstab file and it shows that it is set to hidden with 0 timeout but it still shows on Boot with a 30 sec timeout which I bypass by hitting Enter

I guess it's not a big deal but it is annoying for me as it adds extra time to the boot compared to the Win 10 boot

EDIT: Solved

I installed Grub Customizer in Ubuntu and finally got rid of that screen !
