Incorrect drive size

I upgraded a Windows 7 laptop from a 160GB HDD to a 250GB SSD. I created a full drive image of the HDD, replaced it with the SSD and restored the image. Now BootIt Bare Metal show the SSD as 128GB under BIOS, and 232.89GB under BIOS (direct). If I set up partitions under BIOS (direct) they show up fine until I change to BIOS, and it truncates to 128GB.
I've tried Wipe Entire Disk, but it still comes back with the 128GB BIOS limitation. If I boot into Windows, it is only seen as 128GB usable and the rest unallocated, even though I've partitioned the entire 232.89GB under BIOS (direct).
What do I need to do in order to get the full drive size implemented?
