Is this primarily for those misbehaving BIOS that occasionally move BootIt UEFI out of the Boot Option #1 position?
I enabled the setting prior to a Win10 install and the Windows restarts were appropriate and not prevented by BIU becoming reactivated.

Just a quick automatic way to reactivate if it is not first in boot order,
you can manually select to boot the BootIt item, and then will reactivate.
However, it's up to the BIOS to actually work, some of these are in a world
of their own and don't follow using the standards in a logical way.
