BIU and BitLocker

If one has several Windows OS and BIU, is it OK to use BitLocker on one or more of the Windows OS? Does this create an issue with BIU?

From what I've seen, it should work, but I've only been through some basic scenarios. You may need to use (or not use) the "Use UEFI BM" option to get it to boot and if a TPM is used you may have to deal with its restrictions (drive changes, boot changes, using recovery key, etc.). Setting BitLocker up just using a password seemed to be the least problematic.
