I currently have a drive with Windows and Ubuntu with Grub2. I installed Boot Metal but I can only get into Windows and when I try to edit I don't see the MBR2 option when I try to add it to the boot menu. When I work in the partitions it shows up. What do I need to do to get this working.

You still need grub as it's a "kernel loader". You'll find grub
information on https://www.terabyteunlimited.com/kb/category.php?id=20

As far as adding a new boot item, have you watched some of the videos at
http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/howto/

What do you see in partition work (listed out) for each drive?
