bootit bare metal (BIBM) can format a volume with tons of system file outside HFS+
could be added in the new version?

it formats fat/fat32/ntfs. It supports for data only, those plus ext
2/3/4, xfs, and hfs+, all others are sector by sector.
Never saw an advantage to formatting other file systems over the OS option
which knows what it wants.
