In your first screenshot, Win32, Windows RE Status is Enabled and the relevant partition is Partition 3. So setup a Boot Item with only one WinRE partition (instead of two), the one that was probably in the third slot. Boot Windows and run the command lines again. If you see Windows RE Status is Enabled and the relevant partition is Partition 3 then you know you have the correct WinRE. Delete the other two WinRE in BIBM.

Use the same process for Win64.

All OK now?

The first RE MBR immediately after each OS partition were listed as enabled via reagentc /info so have deleted the other 4.
