I found sometimes that the Windows 10 installation media will boot in UEFI mode although the Bios is set to CSM mode and Secure Boot to disabled.
If the installation media is a UFD, the trick to do is to rename the efi folder on the installation media to eg. efi_old and the installation media will boot in CSM/Legacy mode for MBR installation.
