Getting rid of Windows boot partition

I bought a new laptop and it had Windows 7 Pro loaded for use on its hard disk. I was able to install BIBM into its own partition on the hard drive Unfortunately the setup for Windows 7 Pro on the laptop had a small separate primary boot partition partition along with the main Windows 7 Pro partition. In my desktop setup I was able to install Windows 7 ( and Windows 8 ) into its own partition easily enough without having a separate boot partition for either one but unfortunately the laptop has things setup in this non-optimal two primary partition way.
Is there a way using BIBM, or otherwise, that I can change the already existing two partition setup on my laptop so that a boot into Windows 7 Pro will be able to be done into the single main partition, and I can subsequently get rid of the small boot primary partition, without destroying anything on my current Windows 7 Pro system on my laptop ?
