Easily enforce Windows 7 partition alignment standards.

about Easily enforce Windows 7 partition alignment standards.

i understood it , it should convert xp partitions style to vista/windows 7 style?
is it true?

how could i do it ?
i have some hard disk with several partition created years ago , created with xp syle
