blue screen error and unable to chkdsk/f

i have my computer set to have win7 ultimate win7 32 bit and 4 partitions of xp pro every time i xp i get blue screen error with hd errors when installing xp on the additional partitions and unable to run chkdsk/f to correct the errors (it wont let me however it try its like it has to be formatted back with no boot it to check for errors ) but it will let me install win7 on these partitions no problem my other computer works fine in this config do i need to replace the HD.

Follow the steps at http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/howto/ for installing
the OS to its own partition. (note that you may need to slipstream your XP
boot disk if you're using AHCI mode on your SATA controller).

i have already done that, i have created the partitions windows starts to install but after a couple of minutes running blue-screen errors but can not run chkdsk/f i will check my controller mode today.thank you

sounds like either in RAID or AHCI mode but you don't have the driver on the
install disk or you have a corrupt CD/DVD.

Or trying to install using the wrong drivers. I have to have a
separate slipstreamed CD with different drivers for each chipset.
