how can i know if there is mbr or gpt in bibm?

In the BIBM Partition Work window (just above the list of partitions), it will say "MBR Partitions", "EMBR Partitions", or "GPT Partitions". This will indicate which type of drive it is for each drive that you select from the Drives drop down list.

Both MBR and EMBR indicate a non-GPT drive. EMBR means that the drive is configured with an EMBR to support the BIBM feature of having more than 4 primary partitions on a drive. See page 55 of the BIBM user manual for more information on the drive types.
