Is there any real value in designating the "file system" of the BIBM partition "223/DFh EMBRM"?

Is there any good reason not to set it as a FAT partition making it more convenient to manage its contests from Windows?

Bob,

You can easily copy/delete files from the BIBM partition using TBOSDT in Windows.

Interesting observation:

If the BIBM partition is included in backups and changes only backups are used, the "file system" designation of the BIBM partition must be the same at the time of the base full backup and the changes only backup. If not, the changes only backup fails with a message something about a source partition not found (don't remember exact wording).
