BootIt BM includes support for USB 2.0 and IEEE 1394a\/1394b (i.e. FireWire<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) drives. <\/p>\r\n  <p>Please note that to use a USB 2.0 or IEEE 1394 device, you must first enable the applicable option in BootIt BM's settings. To enable USB 2.0 support, select the <strong>USB 2.0 Support<\/strong> option. To enable IEEE 1394 support, select the <strong>IEEE1394 Support<\/strong> option. With those settings enabled, the&nbsp;USB 2.0 and\/or IEEE 1394 drives will be available when you select the appropriate type using the <strong>Bus<\/strong> drop-down box in <strong>Partition Work<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n  <p>If the <strong>USB 2.0 Support<\/strong> and <strong>IEEE1394 Support<\/strong> options are not enabled, you may still be able to work with these drives if the BIOS provides access.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes.
