Generally, if the system hangs at this point, there is a problem loading the mouse driver.<\/p>\r\n  <p><font color=\"#ff5500\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong><br \/><\/font><\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>Ensure that the keyboard is not plugged into the PS\/2 mouse port.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n    <li>If using a USB mouse, try using the PS\/2 mouse port intstead. USB-to-PS\/2 adapters are available for this.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n    <li>Try creating the BootIt&nbsp;BM Setup media with mouse support disabled, then reinstall BootIt BM.<br \/><\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Problem: System hangs on the Please Wait&#8230; screen while loading BootIt BM.
