To resolve this issue, follow these steps:<br \/><\/p>\r\n  <ol>\r\n    <li>Create new BootIt NG installation media. While creating the installation media, ensure that <strong>Mouse Support<\/strong> is disabled.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n    <li>Reinstall BootIt NG, using the new installation media.
