Problem:<\/strong>

\r\nWhile trying to boot, the BIOS issues an error message similar to one of the following:<\/p>\r\n

Not found any [active partition] in HDD
\r\n
\r\nReboot and Select Proper Boot Device
\r\n
\r\nInsert Boot Media in Selected Boot Device
\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n

Cause:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

These error messages usually indicate that there are no active primary partitions in the MBR on HD0.<\/p>\r\n

Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

You can use one of the following methods to set a partition active:<\/p>\r\n
