Boot problems with Image for Linux on Dell Server X760XS

I am encountering boot issues with Image for Linux on a new Dell Server X760XS with an Intel® Xeon® Silver 4410Y processor. I have tried both UEFI and BIOS modes, but I experience either a frozen boot screen in UEFI mode or a kernel panic message in BIOS mode. Security Boot is disabled in the BIOS settings. Is there a known compatibility issue between Image for Linux and this specific server or processor configuration? If not, are there any recommended troubleshooting steps I can take to resolve the boot issue?

Are you using the latest version of the x64 boot disk?
