Whenever I invoke Partition Work of BIBM 1.47, I get a notification reading:
Warning: System is in hibernated state. Making changes can cause corruption.
This probably is not correct. Properties if all Windows system partitions show:
Fast Start (Hibernate on Shutdown): Disabled.
I didn't take any action to explicitly hibernate any OS on the system.
Furthermore, Partition Work of BIBM 1.46 does not produce the warning.
Probable incorrect notification of hibernation in 1.47

1.48 also produces this seemingly incorrect notification.

This warning of BIBM does not mean that fast-start is enable, but that the System is hibernating. Fast-start may be disable, if you don't power-off Windows, you can put it on stand-by (like if you close your laptop).

I've only see the pre release version of windows 8.0 leave the hibernation
file in a state that says its hibernated when it shouldn't have been.

Strange that 1.46 didn't produce the warning at the same time that 1.47 did, but that aside, I do indeed have a hiberfil.sys. Now I just have to figure out why. Probably not a terabyte issue.

it's a new warning. having hibernation file is fine, but the signature
should not show it's active.

Re: Probable incorrect notification of hibernation in 1.47
I can't figure out why the system was in hibernated state if it really was nor do I know any other way to determine that, but I've run "powercfg.exe /h off" which has removed both the file and the warning.
