Hi,
I already have image file in *.TBI format, i try to create boot able USB drive using MakeDisk - Image For Lunix V2, which has only FAT32 file format in USB layout. But i need NTFS, because the image file size is more than 4 GB, which will not accommodate in FAT32.
Could you help to solve this issue.

You create two partitions in your USB drive. The 2nd one in NTFS with your .tbi file.

If i create two partitions, while restore the image, using IFL GUI will detect the *.Tbi file in the another partition ?
Re: I'm not able to create bootable USB drive in NTFS format
Are you sure you are talking of IFL? That's not Image For Dos that you want to use?
But yes, IFL and IFD will have access to it.

Re: I'm not able to create bootable USB drive in NTFS format.
You could create it in partition layout, then use BIBM to resize the
partition down and create a NTFS one to put the file on. Or use a file
splitter and split on a 512, 1024, 2048, or 4096 byte boundary (naming
should be .tbi then .1,.2,.3, etc... (you could also use the /combine
option to rebuild the image and have it split it for you on the target
(either via maxfile size if on the same drive or it will do automatically if
the target is FAT32 and it knows it)).
