you can contact support via email and ensure you are entering the correct
information - or log in to
https://www.terabyteunlimited.com/product-download.php to ensure the name
and key are correct (the name for IFW has to match as well).

I ran through all the instrucions for TBWinRE. I had previously tried to
install IforW, I typed the long key in and it failed, I copied it to a file
on usb and pasted it and it still failed. With TBWinRE it failed again but
let me continue with the existing key, it ran to the end and produced some
usb, not sure what. If I need to use it will it work without a valid key?

Great. I just remembered the latest IFL UFD is UEFI, 64 bit. It will work for you too.
