transfer to new hd

I want to clone/transfer Win7 & data from 256gb SSD to 512gb SSD.
Laptop has multiple USB 3 ports; no DVD/CD drive.
How best to clone old to new bootable SSD and which software to use: I4W, I4DOS, BareMetal or Copy/wipe?
I use I4DOS and BareMetal on flash drives with external hds when necessary.

hime3, I'd use an IFL UFD or IFW to create an Entire Drive image to an external HD. Then swap SSDs. Use the IFL UFD to restore the Entire Drive image to the larger (internal) SSD. Use the Scale to Fit option.
