Sorry, I was not able to see the version 1.14
I watched the version 1.13
The point is this.
I want to format the logical drive size is about 70 GB in FAT32, and I define the cluster size to 16 Kbytes.
But formatting is performed with a cluster size of 32 KB.
Is that correct?
If it is possible explicitly specify the size of the cluster, why this order is not executed?
Thank you!

Re: Cluster size in FAT32 formatted
you can give a preferred size when formatting or resizing, however, it will
adjust it as needed to be within the valid ranges of total fat sectors when
it can.
