Mouse inverted

Post by Crular »

First: awesome product

Second: got a tiny problem when in the BootIt GUI. My mouse is kind of inverted, i.e. when i move it down the mouse cursor goes right etc. Tried all settings, USB 1.1 enabled (inverted mouse), not enabled, mouse moves barely at all, the various USB fixes lead to a non functioning mouse at all. Is there any way to get my mouse working in the BootIt GUI? I am using a Razer Naga attached to a USB 3.0 (has to be that one due to charging the battery while the PC is off, wireless mouse). If it can't be solved, I have to get used again to hotkeys. Old enough anyway, back in the days we didn't have mice! Well, besides those crawling around....

You can try ctrl-z to resync (it resets the mouse) - typically the cause is
the mouse and bios get out of sync so the data reported by the BIOS is
nonsense. You can try updating the BIOS if an update is available.

Thanks for the tip, but still won't work. Looks like I am one of the unfortunate ASUS mobo owners. Never mind, I'll ditch the mouse support and use hotkeys then.

Some USB mice *DO* work. I used to keep an old no-frills- USB mouse
handy as BING would not work with my Logitech Wireless mouse.
