After run windows disappear bootit bootmenu UEFI

BIBM UEFI after boot one of installed systems not run again - just after reinstall...
how to make sure that the download is not blocked on one of the systems?

Do you mean BIU isn't opening when you power on or restart your computer?

Does your computer boot into Windows instead of BIU?
