IFW Download Page Still Shows v3.53

I'm not sure if the actual download is v3.53, or somebody just forgot to fix the version number displayed on the page. And since the filename of the download doesn't say what version you are getting, I'll let someone else figure it out!

The download was updated just the display wasn't.
