I don't see "Enable Hybrid Boot" in Consumer Preview. I do see "Enable Fast
Startup." Is that the same thing?

That's what I see too. Looks like they have dropped the "Enable Hybrid Boot" term.

I tried to send the jpg file as an attachment using Agent 6, but the attempt
fails. Server error. Please send me an email, and I will reply with the
attachment.

Still no luck. I will try with a different format; I was using jpg, but
getting errors.
