I have "terabyte_drive__image_backup_and_restore_suite_en_gui.exe" and I copied that to the tablet. I haven't run it because I wasn't sure if I should.

Should I run that to get the IFL?

And then when I run the IFL it will put IFL on a USB stick? Or can I install IFL on this table maybe? That (getting it on the Tablet internal drive) is probably what I'd want, as it's kind of a pain to run stuff off the USB stick, as I need an OTG cable, etc.

Jim

P.S. I don't want to install IFW, as this tablet has limited memory (only 2GB).

BTW, is there really no way to get at least Partition Work on to the Tablet?

That might be a good ideal. I will try it and post back when I have a chance.

if you download the full suite, you have to install it. Then it will be
there in the start menu. If you want to just get IFD or IFL, you download
that instead of the full suite.

You can download IFL from https://www.terabyteunlimited.com/product-download.php

If I already purchased a bundle (BIBM + imaging) will I have a license for the IFL already?

Yes. You have a license for IFW, IFD, IFL, IFU, BIBM and TBOSDT.

Hi,

FYI, I tried that, and it was even better than you suggested! I have a small USB hub, but I just plugged the USB stick, a USB mouse, and a USB keyboard in and plugged the output of the hub into the microUSB on the Encore (via a female USB-to-microUSB cable I have) and Voila, instant jury-rigged docking station!

Thanks,
Jim

Ok, that worked.

It's pretty cool. I have the IFL GUI on a USB stick and when I boot the tablet to that, there are icons on the top including one for Partition Work!

I have one question about that though. Everytime I start Partition Work, it's prompting me to enter my name and BIBM license key. Is there a way to set that so that it doesn't keep asking for those?

Thanks,
Jim
