I unintentionally mounted 2 USB hard drives and now cannot get them
dismounted. Image 2.99
I have not opened anything separately from either and do not know what
to do.
Please advise how to get them dismounted.
Thanks

Re: Unable to dismount 2 USB hard drives
Try downloading and using "USB Disk Ejector" - if you search for it using that phrase on google you should find it, it is produced by "Quick and Easy Software". It's free and it is portable so you don't need to install anything to the system to use it. I've used it for a few years and find it very much more reliable than the Windows routines for ejecting USB devices.
P.S. I did originally provide a download link to this in this post but for some reason the download link was deleted out by admin - hence you will need to manually search for it.
