Ping Forte Agent users

Post by DrTeeth »

This is my problem...other than Forte support have not replied to my
email and they are usually quick.

This is getting and annoying as I use Usenet more.

Not only do I have many postings on one line with RE:
that should be together, I have one thread that WAS like that that has
split into 5 sections.
..

Any ideas?

Look at Tools - Options - Message List Pane, Threading section.
Reply prefixes should have at least "re" (without the quotes). Note
there is no colon. If more than one, separate by a space or coma.

As a secondary observation, your purging settings may also be removing
the original posting.

That could be it. I have extended the purge limit to 30 days (from 10)
and see how it goes.

Thanks.
