error msg.

all of a sudden I get this message when attempting to send message:
Sending of message failed.
The message could not be posted because connecting to the news server
failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing connections. Please
verify that your news server settings are correct and try again, or else
contact your network administrator.

I have tried two consecutive days to send a msg to Image group, even as
of as of one minute ago, and yet I got msg posted to Tech group, and
hopefully this one too.
