As of this morning TB 24 refuses to delete a message.

It will mark it as read and that is all.

I tried opening the message and hitting Delete from there.
Nothing happened at all.

Will try a reboot and see it it makes a difference.

I rebooted and made TB Run As Admin.
Now I can delete. Not sure Run As was necessary yet it is working.
