here's what seems to go on...

Ever seen software come out of nowhere claiming awards and becoming popular
for no reason.... Well, here's one example of what goes on with domains that
would seem to be pretty impressive (don't ask for the real domain names -
not going to release):
"Hello,
I'm the manager and editor in chief of two great blogs:
abc
xyz
I can write a detailed review (2) and make it live on all the two blogs. I
can arrange a site links for your website. This all can be possible in just
$40 USD.
Let me know if you are interested."
A month later they wanted $60 so they must be getting takers. Of course
TeraByte doesn't pay for reviews, never has, and let them know, but I wonder
how often this goes on?
