Powershell scripts

On the support page TBU put some PowerShell scripts here: "http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/downlo ... cripts.zip". Is there any documentation for them elsewhere or only the notes inside of the scripts themselves? Since the author is not TBU as far as I can see, have these been tested by TBU?
