2 1/2 hr vs 30 min to create IFW image

What might cause IFW v3.13 more than 2 1/2 hours vs usual 30 minutes maximum to image C:\?

windows staging the 1703 release, or after 1703 installation, having all the old backup and restore files to go back to the prior release.
Probably would not cause a 400% increase, but might cause a 100%. Was there a recent software update?

The most likely reason is that another process accessing the disk was
running at the same time as IFW.
