Suggestion for IFW "Backup Location" dialog

The Backup Location dialog uses a legacy style interface of a drop-down list for the drive, and then a single file/folder list for selecting the backup location.
It is not possible to create a new folder for the backup from there.
There is a Windows/Network browse button that opens the Windows File Save As Dialog (which includes the full functionality of tree view, file list view, and ability to create new folders).
However this dialog opens to the system default (Documents) folder, which is unlikely to be where the backup will be saved.
Suggestion 1) Cause the Windows/Network Browse dialog to open up on the drive and folder currently selected in the file list below.
Suggestion 2) Replace both drive selection and folder selection dialogs with the standard Save As dialog, pre-filling the filename with the default Backup-w10-$~YYYY$-$~MM$-$~DD$-$~HHMM$
