new HDD : restoring > help!

Hi from Belgium,
My HDD (w10, 750Gig, no GPT) is dying.
Four partitions:
1 Fat16 (with bootitBM) : 188 megas
2 W10 : 120 gig
3 Recovery (created -without any warning- by W10 during a W10 update...!): 500 meg
4 Data only
The new HDD : 1 T
I have an image done par IFW with the three first partitions. The data ot the fourth partition have been saved (copied) on a external device.
My (main) concern is the disk signature (old disk and new disk).
Question : during the restore, do I select the Restore First Track option ??
>>If I do : the disk signature of the old disk will be transferred to the new one ? right?? is it ok?? (for me no problem!!)
>>If i do not select Restore First Track, I keep the new disk signature but I do not restore the main partition table, which is -I think- a problem!!
?? Does Image for Dos give the option "Restore First Track" ?? I did not see that.
!! By the way: copying from the old disk to the new disk is not an option: the old disk is dead
Help please!
Thanks
