Not true. You get minor version updates, i.e. 2.xx. You need to pay to upgrade to a new major version, i.e. from version 2 to version 3.

At this point, it's not completely clear what differences between versions 2 and 3 are "major", but see http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/ucf/vi ... f=4&t=2334, "Reasons To Upgrade from 2.99 to 3.02 for Win7 x64 Systems ?". (The topic title aside, it's not just about Windows 7).

Thanks for clearing up the pay for upgrade issue Bob. Saved me the hassle of contacting Terabyte for an explanation.
