Accessing purchased v3 products

I've recently purchased an upgrade to version 3 of IFW. When checking downloads available to me by logging in with email and password in the lower section your site doesn't show any version 3 products. However, when I log in using the top section with my order number, version 3 downloads are shown.
Could this v3 order be linked to my email and password in the lower login section please?

If you now login via the bottom section do all V2, V3 and BIBM show?

No. I only see:-
BIBM 1.34
TBOSDTS Pro 1.63
IFD 2.99-00
At the top there is an offer to upgrade to v3.

Login via the top fields. Down the bottom of V3 page is a "Change your Information" button. Enter your old email and password. Now login via the bottom fields should work.

That worked, thanks.
Perhaps these instructions should be included in the purchase confirmation
email, if it can't be done automatically?
