V3 IFW faster

One thing that makes it faster is Phylock starts faster.

Do all compression methods gain from multi-threaded improvements (eg. Standard/Original compression) ?

More than a month later, I think the observation "under 30 minutes" holds. For this particular job, I use /comp:10 in a command line which is equivalent to "Enhanced Size - C".
