Bob,

BIBM is in your old login section. The lower fields. You are currently using the upper fields to login. You can combine the two by clicking "Change your Information" at the bottom of the V3 page and entering your old email and password.

From the IFW User Manual...

(ii) Personal or Home Users. If you are a real person, and if all Software under this license is used exclusively for personal non-commercial use only, then each licensed copy may be installed on two additional Computer Systems owned or controlled by you, or a member of your immediate family.
