IFW unable to Image Recovery Partition?

I recently got Win 10 Home 64 bit.
Tried to Image both Win 10 & Recovery.
It failed.
Does it ever work or do I need to use IFL outside Windows itself?

What backup options did you use? What is reported as the error (would be in the log)?

It reported Error Code 4 Unable to write to file. Not sure that is
related to something being inaccessible or not.
Other than that, almost all settings are defaults.
I need to delete that log. It goes back to 2012!!
