a screen shot (alt-prtscrn copies active dialog to clipboard where you can
paste) showing the information on the partition(s). a partinfo listing
(using the export option) - partinfo is in the IFW start group.

Do I email both attachments and partinfo.txt to support? Do I need to do an explanation support as to what is the problem is?
For some reason the detail info on the source drive has changed dramatically. What I listed earlier I copied from the details window now as you can see it's totally different.

Have you run chkdsk /f on both the source and target drives?
Open a command prompt as administrator.
chkdsk x: /f
where X: is the drive to check.

Here are the stats from chkdsk.
What files do you want me to send to support?
When I did the chkdsk on the source drive it required that I dismount that drive. After it was through Windows then prompted that a new drive (source drive) was found. I often get this prompt when I boot up in the morning that a new drive (source drive) was found. I don't get the prompt on the other remote drive. Don't know adds anything helpful.

I moved a couple of movies to another drive and copied the music files to another drive. Not putting any more on this drive until I get this problem resolved.

matches what IFW sees, so you should be good to go. for your target, choose
the drive letter of where you want to save it.
