Extended partition, which one to choose?

Working with Windows XP. Yesterday I wanted to set up an external, 2TB HDD into two partitions. Honestly, I forget under BING which one to choose: 5/5h extended or 15/Fh extended. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

15/FH would be correct for any drive over 8 GB, although even if you do
make it 5/5H, BING will change it to the correct type for the drive.
