Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

I have upgraded Win 8.1 Pro to 10 Pro happily and can continue to boot into it with Bing's Boot Manager. The boot partition is on an SSD.

I have attempted to copy the SSD partition to a HDD and boot from that using the Bings Boot Manager. On booting I get a blue screen stating:
Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.
Error code: 0xc0000225

I can't figure out why.

I have also copied the working SSD partition to another SSD and can boot from it using another BING Boot Manager.

Would love a suggestion as to what's happening here.

Note: Fast-Start is unchecked on each bootable system.

One, you have to ensure the OS partition is bootable itself.

Two, you have to use the "swap" option on the boot item if it's not HD0 (and
you may need to use "fix swap" in settings).

Three, you can check the BCD, see
