Using other software on EMBR drives

Since the BIOS bootup drive, when used with Bootit BM, must be an EMBR drive, will other partitioning sofware ( such as GParted ) work with this drive if I choose to limit the drive to 4 primary partitions ?

if you keep things limited, you can use normal tools. however, if you're
doing things specific for multi booting (making copies, etc..) you're better
off using BootIt Partition Work as it can take care of booting issues.
