How Combine Free Space?

I deleted the system partition to free up a partition slot which left me with 1.4 GB of free space. Besides the Bootit EMBR partition, a 200GB Win 7 Partition, and a 200GB Win XP partition, I also have another free space of 74GB. In the Working With Partitions window it shows all 5 of these areas as partitions. If it's even possible how can I combine the two free space "partitions" into one?

Slide the actual partitions to move where the free space is located.

Thanks for the reply. I finally figured out to use Partition Work to do the Slide. I backed up the disk just in case and it's doing the first of two slides I need to do to consolidate the free space.
