Hi All, I have a CF-19 with touchscreen, is there anyway to get the bootit working with the touchscreen, I know the drivers for it are within windows ?

You might not understand what BIBM is & how it works.
BIBM is a boot manager, and as such has no 'Windows' driver support within it for what you seek.
BIBM starts up BEFORE any OS, so I'd doubt BIBM having touchscreen support anytime soon.
