Does BIBM, Image for windows, Image for DOS or Image for Linux copy/restore
the booting sections of a HD such as the MBR or the GUID?
Does Copywipe do this?
How can this be done?

yes, on an entire drive copy/restore it would do that, and optionally when
doing single partition copy/restore.
